Glamour by Terani Couture - Blue Chiffon with Iridescent Stones - This dress is stunning! The iridescent stones reflect sparkle at every move and turn - Has open sides and back but has straps to stay in place - Dark navy chiffon skirt with split on one side - Some stones do need to be tacked back on with thread, I will do my best to put them back into place - Skirt length is 39.5” long from back - Has hidden zip closure in back to neck - Waist measures 13” across laid flat where it sits at the top of hips - The chiffon is in perfect condition and has no snags or been trampled on with shoes - Size 2
