This is an amazing find! I believe it’s from the 90s but could possibly be from the 80s. It is halter style with an open back. There are buttons all the way down the front. One button near the bottom is missing, but the lower one could be moved up. All of the other buttons are still intact, but some seem to have been resewn. There are two snaps, one at the neckline and one at the waist..There used to be a belt but it’s missing. It is fine without or you could add your own. The belt loops are still sewn on but could be removed easily. Otherwise it is an excellent condition and super fun and cute! Please refer to the video and measurements. Vintage sizes arena always the same as today’s sizes. The length is quite long, almost to the ankle. Hope you love it as much as I do!
