1980s Harajuku petal pink pantaloons, originally from Tokyo. Very flouncy, ties at waist and on sides where the top layer gathers. Gathered at hem too. Length falls below calf, above ankle. There’s no size on them but probably a size small by today’s standards. Cotton exterior; lining is probably polyester? Meant to be very baggy. Looks super cute with a crop top and boots.
