Victoria's Secret Swim Crochet and Sequin Bikini Size Small/Medium

Really pretty turquoise blue peaks through black crochet with sequins. Unfortunately the elastic inside the edges of the bottom feels "crunchy" so I'm not sure it can be worn still but the top would look great with a solid black bottom. Selling both pieces together in case anyone knows how to fix or wants to give it a try. Please let me know if you have any questions!
