Fabric tie sewn on each side that ties in the front, small gathering under the band all the way around. Full skirt with pockets, side zipper, and completely lined in cotton. Pit to pit is 19 " across the back, but it does have the elastic band back there that is very stretchy. Size women's 14. Nice dress, dressy or casual.
