NIB Star Wars Mandalorian Monopoly

Selling to help with my step dad's medical bills. All items come from a home with dogs and cats; non smoking. Brand new in box Star Wars' Mandalorian edition of Monopoly! There are three seals on the bottom that I tried my best to photograph. On the top there is one seal that's pulled back a bit, the other seal was removed, and there's a small tear on the box (all pictured), but those don't affect anything overall. Is this the way to family game night? Yes. This is the way.
