Note: This dress is missing one of its pom-pom tassels on the drawstring, but that is the only real flaw. 100% cotton and fully lined also with cotton. It is a beautiful lightweight material with a very full skirt. Drawstring waist line is also elastic. Elastic is in perfect condition. Flutter sleeves, modest v neck and tiered skirt complete with boho Pom Pom trim. This measures 19 inches across at bust pit to pit laid flat. Elastic waist measure 16 1/2 inches across when not tied or cinched. This is a beautiful midi length and fall midcalf on my 5 foot 7 frame. This dress has pockets. The color is a goldenrod or dark golden.
