Ginny Rugby dress from J. Crew Factory in size 2. It's a pretty off-white, ivory color and has striped applique textured ribbon all over. -Strapless -Side pockets -Fully lined -Has a band of non slip grips around the chest -Back zip closure Please note: this dress is flawed--there is a tear on the lower right side of the skirt and small stain inside the bodice.
