These are a very rare pair of lip service mesh panel, banded leggings. They are marked to size large, but fit more like a medium. Lying flat the waistband measures 12 inches across but will stretch to 17. The outseam is 36 inches the inseam is 27. Well, the tags have been cut off. I don’t think I ever wore these. They are in perfect condition. The bands that go over the mesh panel are doubled layered so they won’t fray.
