Magnolia pearl artists painters smock jacket. It has the variety buttons as most mp does and a snap in the middle for easy closure. Front patch pockets and a tie in the back to adjust the waistline. It is suuuuuuper soft cotton. I don't know how "rare" this one is but I can't find one anywhere else so.... seems to be in "like new condition" to me. I've worn it maybe 3 times for a few hours and it has never been washed (by me). it has, sadly spent most of its time in the closet. 🌿Thank you🌿
