This beautiful dress is a Hot Topic brand. It’s a mesh dress, puffy and flowy. There's a side zipper and a blue ribbon that ties in the back and it’s allover print is images from The Birth of Venus, the 15th Century masterpiece. I never got to wear this dress unfortunately.
