ltanin @love77fourxs waist measurement is approximately 15 inches across, laid flat, unstretched. Material has a few more inches of give/ stretch in the waist as well.

ltanin @love77fourxs it is not like the silk/slinky material, it’s like fave t shirt. Material: 96% spun polyester, 4% spandex

ltanin @love77fourxs laid flat and unstretched, it was like spot on at 15 inches measured across (at the top/ skinniest part of skirt) it wasn’t even close to 15 and 1/4 for example, otherwise I’d note that. I hope that helps!
