This bag has only been used a handful of times. She's stunning! One of the few flaws I do see is that her leather interior has loosened up a bit, so it's wrinkled. It doesn't affect the bag, it's just annoying. There's some minor wrinkling under her flap from being on display and being handled. There are no scratches, dents, odors to her. There is a small bit of wear seen on her hardware but it's barely noticeable. It's on the latches on the strap. She truly looks new. She's beautiful. I added the Horse and Carriage hang tag, which she's supposed to come with, as well as the dust bag. This girl is the whole package! 😊❤️
