Lightly used, only wear and tear is on the top but it blends in with the pattern. I put my nail on the little flap of the design so you can see the minor tear in the material, but it has been like that for over a year and never worsened. very sturdy bag, lots of compartments. I have original tags as well from Neiman Marcus. Has longer strap that can be taken off, and separate compartment for dirty clothes (never used).
