I purchased this in a size extra large and I would say this appropriately fits a size 12 to 14. Please see measurements under the extra large column. This is an incredibly flattering dress. I actually have this dress in multiple colors. Although it is described as a body con style I would say this is more like a sheath dress — the peplum gives it a nice additional coverage. This is in like new condition. It’s never been worn and it still has one of the manufacturer tags on it.
