lplu87 @avat95 I am so sorry for the delay! I added a photo with the bust measurement. It’s about 14 1/2 inches across. There’s a smidge of stretch in the back where it’s smocked but since it’s 100% cotton it’s not going to be super stretchy. It’s not meant to be fitted but there is still some flowyness to it if that makes sense. Let me know if you have any other questions!
