This beautiful Calvin kind dress is a watercolor, abstract, floral pattern with turquoise, green, orange, and yellow. The pattern is very unique. I couldn’t find one like it. The top has a flutter sleeve and a second layer around the back of flutter. The bottom the skirt is flowing and fully lined. The dress comes with the braided orange belt. I think this is a dress from London. I have struggled with the sizing. It looks to be a petite M/L. I will take a picture of the tag. Please review the measurements carefully as this is the most accurate. The length of the entire dress is 41 inches, the length of the skirt from the waist is 21 inches. The waist is 14 1/2 inches but is elastic, the top of the dress to the elastic is 17 inches, the pit pit is 18 inches. The look could be Barbie, stylistic, unique, feminine, 90s , Y2K . This would make a beautiful dress for a wedding, Easter Sunday ,church, date night, the country club or cruise a crisp preppy look , or boho .
