Hi there…bought this for my daughter. I see the waist is measured at 24in. Is the elastic or any give? She wears a 27 in Jeans?

@abbiemanning unfortunately it doesn’t have much of a stretch but please note the waist is more of an upper mid section of the natural waist n the chest part. It will be 24”in more toward your rib cage
