I believe this style is called the Sea skirt, please feel free to call me out in the comments if that is incorrect. I bought it at a consignment store in Chicago and believe it may be a sample due to the hand written tag and not being able to find this color way online. It has a side zip and hook and eye closure. No pockets. The body of the skirt is white and there are stripes in just about every color, along with "staud" printed in the pattern. Please see pics for measurements. No rips, stains, holes or pilling. I never ended up wearing it because as much as I love it and want it to work, white looks awful on me. I have it listed as a midi skirt, but depending on your height it could possibly be a maxi skirt.
