Beautiful spring and summer beach dress. Really lightweight and flowy. Teal green color with brown flowers. Deep v-neck, button down with a very slight poof shoulder 100% viscose I do believe it will work for a medium as well, due to the tie belt. Measures: 18” pit to pit 34” length
