this is brand new without tags it unfortunately was a little too small for me but it was washed and hung to dry! I loved it so much I did buy the large lol this is perfect for year rounded you could wear with boots, a long sleeve or turtleneck in colder weather or with sandals, tank or bralette in hotter weather 😀 I just love a good romper that's timeless
