It’s designed for everything from base runs, box jumps, and burpees.
The Trainer AD 1 is designed to have a snug fit, but will break in and form to your feet after a few wears. Most customers buy their regular size but if you have wide feet, we recommend going up half a size.
I have the Relay Trainers and run in those, but I haven’t tried the AD 1 Trainers.

@lkrutmeier I’m an 8.5 and I almost need a shoehorn to get the 8.5s on, but I have room in the toe. I’ll measure them for you. Worried they might be too roomy in the toe area for you. Brb

@lkrutmeier I measured the 8.5s. Measure a shoe that you normally work out in. I’ve only walked/ran in the Lane Eight Relays. I’ll add a picture of the shoe by my ruler 😊
