Great used condition Skirt has a broad ruffle accenting the wrap around style You can style the straps on the side in a bow or just criss-cross tied LIghtweight material but not sheer I am 5' 3" and holding this up to the waist, this does fall above the knee The only "call out" that I note is that there is an eye/hook fastener above the zipper but it seems tricky to me to have both closed. Not sure that you really need the hook/eye closure as the zipper seems to be secure as well as the tie itself. Just making a note of it. I have that showing "from the inside" of the skirt in the last photo
