heartlands1890 @cirrinich Hello, I added a few more photos so you can see the length of the strap. When on my shoulder the top of the bag hits me at the center of my waist so the strap still has some length, it won't be sitting up under your arm. You don't see anything unusual, the strap still looks adjustable but it's not because it was shortened and sealed in place.

cirrinich @heartlands1890 oh okay, I understand now. Thanks so much for the extra photos. So this bag comes with both the leather strap and the metal strap? Is the metal shoulder strap removable?

heartlands1890 @cirrinich Yes both the leather strap and gold chain are removable so if you have another coach strap, wide canvas strap or crossbody chain from another bag, you can attach that to the bag to carry it different ways.
