Ivory Wedding Dress NWT sz 12

I bought this ivory wedding dress last year and ended up wearing a different dress. This dress is new with tags and no alterations have been made. The dress is sleeveless and does not come with the belt in the picture or the sleeves. The belt and sleeves were added temporarily to show me what alterations would look like.
