Viceroy Vintage Super-Low Bell Bottoms Tan Extremely low cut! Snap fly These were my dad’s in high school (late 1960’s)! They’re still in really good shape - no holes. One faint stain on the front (pictured). They don’t have a size/materials label, but are about 14” across, when laid flat. But since they’re so low, they fall at the hips and not the natural waist. My guess is that they’re more like a modern 00, or 23/24. (I wear a 26 and these are way too small for me.) Waist: 14” Rise: 6” Inseam: 32.5”
