Vibrant royal blue mini dress with faux wrap v neck

Beautiful bright royal blue mini dress (I LOVE the colour of this dress). Size medium and mini length (approx. 24 inches from pit to hem, see photo). The top is a faux wrap style with a tie detail below the bust. Elastic around the waist under the bust. Size medium, in good condition.
