1970’s 1980’s Peter Pan collar Novelty print dress true vintage. Bow print Peter Pan tiered collar dress in maroon and white. Side hidden pockets. Comes with original belt. Front button closures down to waist. Garment has plenty of stretch along with an elastic waist. Issues: collar has a makeup smudge even though dress has been laundered.
