Vtg 70s AVON ‘Sign of the Stars’ Astrological Zodiac 35” Sq Scarf Made in Italy

Vintage 1970s Avon ‘Sign of the Stars’ astrological zodiac-themed scarf, a 35-inch square, made in Italy, featuring all the signs of the zodiac with celestial bodies, sun, moon, Saturn and another golden orb--perhaps Jupiter. The beautiful scarf is 100% polyester, but feels and looks like a silk charmeuse, with machine-stitched hems. Luminous and detailed as a stained glass rose window, the scarf depicts all twelve signs of the zodiac with the name of each written around the outer circle. The easy-to-wear palette is comprised of cranberry red, midnight blue, gold, cream and black. The scarf is in excellent vintage condition; it does not appear to have been worn. Gorgeous! A3
