@jackies143 Hi! I'll add photos of the measurements as well:
15" across at waist; 31" around at waist (due to contour/curve in front of waist)
19" across at hips; 40" around at hips
I'm a size 2 and originally bought this knowing North Face usually runs a bit small for me, and assuming I'd wear layers underneath, but it's still too roomy -- so I would say the size 4 is true-to-size. Hope that helps!
