J. Crew cashmere pants, size small in Navy Timber. Measurements are approx: Waist 14", Inseam 25", 12.5" rise. I'm 5'5" and they hit above the ankle. I feel they are a looser knit than other J. Crew cashmere pants, not as heavy. Only worn a few times, no noticeable pilling.

tmasciarelli HI! Quick question, how have these been laundered? And, may I ask how the small compares to jean sizes? I'm a 6-8 and just wondering about the fit of these :) THX!

jgrigg1972 Hi. To launder, I would roll them up in a mesh bag and pin the bag tight, so they wouldn't rub against other items in a front load washer, which would cause friction, which can lead to shrinkage. Washed in cool water and air dried lying flat. As for sizing, I have J Crew pants/jeans ranging from 4-6 and 26-29 if that helps. They are elastic waist and were more of a classic fit, not too snug (like leggings), not too loose/baggy. Thanks!
