Gorgeous ceramic fruit compote centerpiece features bright green and purple figs and leaves on a white footed bowl. It's a contemporary take on the traditional fruit bowl/basket usually found. From Ceramiche Arcobaleno by Bertinazzo, made in Italy. Bowl is approximately 8" in diameter; about 6-1/2" high. No chips or cracks. Beautiful craftsmanship. Internet research has one source stating this was available in Ethan Allen stores in the early '70s.
