New without tags. Purchased in the wrong size and removed the tags, but never worn! It’s a nice heavy weight jacket. Intended for “barn work” but cute for any occasion. Has a flattering fit. Water shield technology, so should be great for rain, cold, and snow! Size Medium 10-12. I’m a size 2-4 and it fits me largely. I could have worn it, but I preferred a smaller size.
