Torrid size 3 lightweight velvet spring jacket

Teal velvet jacket from Torrid in size 3. Perfect for spring because it is light weight. Has cinchers on bottom and at waist, zipper and snaps at the center closure. Functional snap close pockets on front below waist. Only damage is pictured on right bottom velvet ribbon. I do have cats, and while everything is washed, I cannot promise there will be no cat hair. I've lost weight and need to get new clothes.
