Striped maxi skirt with bow

NWOT. I purchase this a size smaller than I normally wear since the reviews stated it ran big- this runs TTS. I’m typically a small and this is too tight on me. So preppy. Excellent unworn condition. Side zipper, removable sash with belt loops, bottom hemline is ruffled. Blue/white seersucker print. Size XS. Laying flat approximate measurements: 12” waist, 38.5” long. For reference I’m 5’2” tall.
