Size Large (Tall), Original Fit, made in Haiti. I cannot confirm the make/model of this longsleeve Carhartt tee, as the original owner tore the material tag off and sewed the hole closed - please refer to the last two pictures, showing the outside and inside section where the tag was removed (lower left hip).
