SKIRTED Palazzo

Hard to explain and a black does not let u see much in detail. Step into pants with side zip on left side and chiffon cover overlays pants. When u walk in it, it allows pants to show, really pretty I wore it once and got alot of compliments, very different, dressy. Says size 8 inside but more like a 6. Outside straps on hangar r just for hanging up, they go inside. Maybe ca lled skirted palazzo.
