This dress is so adorable and has no tags. To me it looks like it may be hand made. The material is thin and light weight. Button down front and elastic waistband. There is piling on the dress. But it’s so cute its worth the purchase and removing it. This is 70’s look. No size tag so look at measurements. Measures shoulder width: 15.5” Pit to pit: 18” Length: 37.5”
