Sterling Gemstone Ring w/Diamond Chips-size 4.5. Stamped 925 SPL. Multi faceted red stone measures approximately 8x9mm; two 1mm diamond chips (tested) one on each side. Setting has faux pave accents. Not sure of main stone (garnet or ruby?), it tests as gemstone not glass. Good condition. Smoke free & pet free home.
