The pendant features a beautiful clear crystal heart, set in an unknown metal base, with a black woven cord chain. The heart pendant is handmade and signed by the manufacturer, Waterford, and comes in its original box. The pendant has a minor flaw on the backside, its a chip out of the glass, it can't be seen from the front, and took me several times of inspecting the item to notice it.
