jenandjuice27 @l1m1tlesspar1s I’m also 5’1 and 116 but a B-C bust. I wear it with a lightweight long sleeve sweater underneath. It won’t be super tight on your waist but you’ll still see the peplum come out, especially if you wear a slightly thicker top. I love this vest so much I actually bought it twice so I’m selling my second one bc I don’t wear it enough to keep two of them. I’ll accept the offer tonight and try to have my mom take measurements and if it works I’ll ship it out first thing July 15!

jenandjuice27 @l1m1tlesspar1s Approx measurements laying flat: Shoulder 15.5", Chest 17", Length 21". This is a spring/summer weight vest. Hope this helps! Will take a pic on when I'm back from vacation!
