The leather is pristine and there are no stains, discolorations or marks of any kind on the lining. There are two flaps and two compartments. One lies flat but has a gusset that expands to about 2"-3" with a zipper inner pocket. The other flap has slots for ID cards, credit cards, membership cards, etc. Slight tarnish on the front concho from regular wear.
