Very cute sweater by Clouder Chaser. Size medium. Armpit to armpit measures 21". Length is about 23". Does have some stretch if needed. The neck of this shirt can be worn many ways. As a cowl neck, off one shoulder, off both shoulders. Great sweater for fall with jeans. Maroon knit. Flowers are embroidered on the neck. Great condition.
