cinquieme The outside sole from the toe to the heel is a hair over 10 inches but the where your foot goes inside is approximately 9 inches.

cinquieme @clellaeirene these should work. I had to go up to a 38 but a 39 would definitely be too big for me.

cinquieme My 38s on the inside are 9.25 inches and outside is 10.25 inches.

cinquieme @clellaeirene I posted some extra photos showing what the habana leather 37s look like on me now (clearly too small) versus 38s (smooth dark brown leather). In the 37s my feet are hitting the edges and there’s no room in the back where my heel goes. In the 38s there’s extra room around my heel and my toes and I can’t feel the edge of the sandal in the front.

clellaeirene @cinquieme wow thank you so much for going through all that effort! I’m gonna go to a shoe shop and try on some Birkenstocks because I’m unsure whether I should get 26s or buy this pair. If the 37s fit though I will be buying these as soon as I figure it out! Thanks again!!

cinquieme @clellaeirene I was about to suggest that! Keep in mind that these are the regular width or “wide.” When I’ve looked in brick and mortar stores they only ever have the “narrow” width and those fit differently and a bit smaller.
