nugsnook But I made two offers which were ignored. I’m concerned that someone has hijacked your account and has my account information. I cannot find a way to communicate this problem to POSHMARK!

canadiatlanta @nugsnook I’m sorry, I don’t know what to tell you. There are no offers in my offer tab. Even if someone had access to my account, they could not delete the offers. They would show as declined. I’d recommend contacting Poshmark support via the help section of your account.

nugsnook I’ve now tried three times. I have no idea how to reach out to poshmark as they make it difficult to contact them. Could it be that you don’t accept American Express?

canadiatlanta @nugsnook so sorry you’re having issues but I literally have no control over the payment processing. All of that is handled by Poshmark. They hold your money in escrow and require you to rate or for the transaction to auto rate before they release funds to a seller.
