Super cute, retro/ Victorian style leather heeled booties from b.o.c. ( Born Concepts). Brown leather uppers and a man-made balance. Side zipper, Wrap over front style with 2 small buckles. Thick chunky heel for support and rubber bottom for a better grip on foot area. Heel measures from back 3" but 1.5" in front portion. Dress these up with a fun frock, go Victorian or steampunk or keep it casual with jeans. Just a great pair of gently used shoes. Minor scuffs, and wear as pictured. please feel free to ask questions.
