Such a flattering dress! A line skirt is airy, but not so much as to cause an oops on a windy day! No lining needed, as the fabric has a nice weight to it and isn't sheer. The ruffles and dots on the short sleeves add a touch of whimsy, and the matching polka dot belt breaks up the overall floral pattern so well. One of my favorite pieces. Only worn once.
