@tat49 yes! You can adjust the waist area loose or tight depending on your size. But it’s also open back which helps fit a variety of bust sizes

@tat49 I inspected the item when I posted and I couldn’t find a stain or tear in the fabric. It is new with tags and I have not worn it. The material is meant to be crinkled so it always looks “wrinkled”
