hopepridejoy @lynnron137 Good morning. I’m happy to reduce,shipping. Yes, I wore it only once. I prefer my sleeves turned up, but this blouse was so pretty, I left them down. Ended up rolling them up, decided the blouse was not for me. Cuffs too pretty to be turned up and the rhinestone buttons too heavy to stay turned up. I will lower the shipping price now. Thank you for inquiring.
