How are these on the inside? You know, I grew up w/ these exact ones as well as the head box. My mom had as kind of a health nut & LOVED Well, these were a staple in my home as I grew up. She had a beautiful wood table with a wheat grinder inside. She made most of bread. It was a great way to feed your body some of the essentials. They are too much for me but I thought I'd share my memory with you. Lol!
